I am a healthcare UX/UI Designer with a laser focus on creating fast, intuitive, and safe user experiences for medical professionals.

I have over a decade of experience using, implementing, supporting, testing, and designing software in the healthcare space. Before my move to the medical software industry in 2013, I worked in academia as a Biologist and Educator. I take the skills I developed as a scientist and apply them to UX research and testing.

I am a problem-solver first and foremost. I enjoy the challenge of working through the maze of technical, regulatory, and business constraints that accompany medical software development to deliver a product that not only meets our customers' needs but exceeds their expectations.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife Jessica and 3-year-old son Grayson. I also engage in various side projects including music production, video editing, and writing/illustration.
